For analytical service with TOF-SIMS and LEIS, IONTOF works in a close cooperation with its sister company Tascon. The Tascon team members are experts in field of surface analysis and are used to solve customer problems every day.
Tascon started in 1997 as a testing laboratory specialised in Time-of-Flight Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry. During the past years Tascon has developed into an internationally leading laboratory for the application of TOF-SIMS.
Furthermore Tascon expanded its analytical capabilities to the field of LEIS, XPS and optical characterisation of surface topography. Today, 15 highly qualified employees provide competent solutions for many technological challenges.
